Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of production leadership in food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of food processes, QA, food safety, and maintenance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on leadership on production floor.
• Tertiary qualifications in related fields welcomed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is at the forefront of operations.
• Coach, motivate, develop and train team members.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Achieve production targets through effective leadership.
• Collaborate with maintenance to understand machine performance.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support product development and commercialization as needed.
• Report production team working hours.
