Job summary

The Innovative Group is seeking experienced forklift operators for multiple day-shift positions in a busy food manufacturing environment in Sydney. Roles involve picking, material handling, and maintaining accurate warehouse locations, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Candidates must hold a current forklift licence with strong high-reach experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. DG awareness and teamwork are valued, with opportunities to contribute to production

Qualifications

Current forklift licence – essential.
Strong high-reach forklift experience – essential.
Previous experience in warehousing, production or manufacturing.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Confidence in checking batch numbers, SKUs and quantities.
Exposure to Dangerous Goods (DG) desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Picking and preparing raw materials for production in accordance with Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Checking and verifying batch numbers, SKUs, quantities and product information.
Completing stock put-aways and maintaining accurate warehouse locations.
Operating high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
Completing production and batch documentation.
Following strict procedures around product quality, traceability and food safety.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe production or warehouse environment.
Working closely with the wider warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are available and production schedules are met.
