Qualifications

• Mandatory: Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Ability to provide identity and work eligibility documents.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and assemble food to Burger Urge standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house operations during busy lunch periods.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
