Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking a reliable Assembly Worker to join our Blacktown team. You will operate power and hand tools, read measurements, and support a hands-on production environment.

You will have experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, enjoy physical work, and hold full Australian working rights with a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport. Immediate start on day shift with steady hours and training provided.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a manufacturing, production, labouring, or warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated experience using power and hand tools, including drop saws and press machines.
• Confidence using tape measures and interpreting basic measurements.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks up to 20kg.
• A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude.
• Full Australian working rights.
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Availability to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Operate power and hand tools to complete production tasks.
• Measure materials accurately using tape measures.
• Manual handling of materials and products up to 20kg.
• Work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area.
• Assist with general labouring and manufacturing duties as required.
