Job summary

The Melbourne Clinic is seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Clinician to join the Day Program Therapy Team as Associate Manager. You will provide advanced clinical leadership, oversee discharge planning across Day Program and Outreach Services, and support seamless transitions from inpatient to outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Registered mental health professional with AHPRA Division 1.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mental health care.
• Experience in discharge planning and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to Day Program clinicians.
• Drive discharge planning from inpatient to outpatient.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions.
• Promote outreach referrals to appropriate programs.
• Lead quality projects and ACHS accreditation.
