NCS Australia seeks a Databricks Solution Lead to drive strategy, architecture and delivery of enterprise Data & Analytics solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. You will partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to define roadmaps and deliver scalable data solutions with measurable outcomes.

You will lead workshops and architecture design, provide technical leadership across teams, and support pre‑sales and client engagements while ensuring governance and security best

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Data & Analytics, data engineering and data architecture.
Proven ability to design and deliver Databricks Lakehouse solutions.
Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
Databricks and cloud certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and architecture design sessions.
Translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
Support pre-sales, proposals and client presentations.
