What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks in enterprise or production environments

• Proven experience building, engineering, and deploying Databricks-based solutions

• Strong knowledge of Unity Catalog and Databricks governance frameworks

• Experience with Agent Bricks (AgentBricks) or similar AI agent capabilities within the Databricks ecosystem

• Background in AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related disciplines

• Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end solutions from design through deployment

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to advise and influence clients

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and travelling when required
