Qualifications

• Degree in Science or IT or equivalent plus relevant experience (Essential).
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently (Essential).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Essential).
• Experience writing computer system test scripts and validation reports (Essential).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration (Essential).
• Experience with validation documentation and QMS (Essential).

Responsibilities

• Perform Computer Systems Validation activities, including spreadsheet validation per SOP.
• Create, update and review validation documents (user requirements, test plans, IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT).
• Write and review validation documentation meeting regulations and change control.
• Conduct functional risk assessments and liaise with vendors, SMEs, and testers.
• Prepare spreadsheet templates and validate use per SOP; maintain CSV documents.
• Maintain Computer Systems Validation SOPs and templates; ensure documentation is current.
• Investigate hardware/software issues and ensure validation documents are updated.
• Contribute to upgrades, installation, integration, configuration of scientific systems.
