Job summary

Xero’s Data Platform team builds pipelines, models, and infrastructure turning raw data into scalable products used company-wide and by millions of small businesses. You will design and build data solutions from ingestion through modeling, owning complex problems end-to-end and lifting engineering standards across our platforms.

Qualifications

• End-to-end modern data platforms experience.
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Experience writing robust tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, transformation and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data solutions at scale from ingestion to modelling.
• Own complex data platform problems end-to-end and drive them to production.
• Raise engineering standards, improve observability, and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with product, security teams and data consumers to solve real problems.
