Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group seeks a Power BI & Data Reporting Officer to join a Federal Government team in Canberra (Fairbairn) on a 12-month contract. You will support reporting capabilities, enhance data quality, and enable stakeholders to make informed operational decisions.

You will bring experience in data modelling within Power BI, BI solutions, and strong analytical thinking to translate business requirements into actionable reporting.

Chandler Macleod is seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI & Data Reporting Officer to join a Federal Government team based in Canberra (Fairbairn) on a 12-month contract.

This role sits within a dynamic section responsible for driving business improvement, data-driven decision making, and innovative solutions across a complex regulatory environment. You will play a key role in supporting reporting capabilities, enhancing data quality, and enabling stakeholders to make informed operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in the collection, management, and quality of operational data.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to internal stakeholders on reporting tools and data processes.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting activities to support business objectives and performance monitoring.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements.
