Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Australia is seeking a seasoned Data Architect/Data Modelling specialist to join our APAC team. You will design and govern logical/physical data models, implement Data Vault and 3NF, and optimize cloud data models with Google BigQuery.

You will work with ER/Studio and Erwin Data Modeler, lead metadata management, and collaborate across application and integration design to deliver scalable data solutions for clients and internal stakeholders in a sustainable,

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Data Modelling and Data Architecture; hands-on modelling preferred.
• Expertise in Data Vault and 3NF (Third Normal Form).
• Proficiency with ER/Studio and Erwin Data Modeler.
• Experience in Logical and Physical Data Model Design and Metadata Management.
• Cloud data modelling with Google BigQuery and performance optimization in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of application and integration design and analytical/operational data systems.

Required Technical Skill Set:

• Strong experience in Data Modelling and Data Architecture. A Data Architect with hands-on modelling expertise is considered ideal.
• Data Vault
• 3NF (Third Normal Form)

Proficiency with enterprise modelling tools:

• ER/Studio
• Erwin Data Modeler

Experience in:

• Logical and Physical Data Model Design
• Metadata Management

Cloud data modelling and optimization experience, specifically:

• Google BigQuery
• Physical model implementation and performance optimization in cloud environments

Strong understanding of:
