Job summary

Hazeldenes Chicken in regional Victoria is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst – Planning & Scheduling. This entry-path role supports the Planning team to balance demand and supply, build daily and weekly production plans, and ensure orders are met on time in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Working with senior planners across production, sales and logistics, you’ll analyze data, maintain planning tools, and contribute to continuous improvement while developing capability in demand planning

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large data sets.
• Solid Excel skills with pivot tables and charts.
• Familiarity with planning concepts such as MPS and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily and weekly production and scheduling plans.
• Maintain planning data in spreadsheets and systems.
• Translate forecasts into supply and production plans.
• Support coordination with production, sales and logistics teams.
• Identify gaps between forecast and actuals and escalate.
