Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a Business Manager to oversee security services at a Melbourne Data Centre in the CBD. You will lead the on-site security team, ensure contract compliance and maintain strong client relationships, with after-hours availability for urgent matters.

Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will drive people development, incident response, cost efficiency, and payroll oversight while upholding the company’s standards of integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in security operations management and incident response.
• Strong ability to lead client meetings and present operational updates.
• People-centric leadership fostering a high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite security team and ensure contractual service delivery.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare data for Quarterly Business Reviews and lead client meetings.
• Identify cost saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.
• Oversee payroll processes and leave entitlements.
• Manage incidents from initial response to corrective actions.
• Oversee equipment, uniforms and inventory management.
