Job summary

CBRE Data Centre Solutions in Melbourne seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of data centre construction projects. You will oversee planning, execution, safety, quality, and cost to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors and client stakeholders, managing procurement, and mitigating risks. A strong background in data centre environments and PM certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction, infrastructure, M&E, or data centre projects.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills with stakeholder management.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data centre construction and infrastructure projects.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance across safety, quality, programme, and cost.
• Manage project risks, variations, and reporting requirements.
