Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote) or similar computer skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in the production of monthly project reporting deliverables including project delivery plans and monthly status reports.
• Update cost and schedule plans; maintain digital platforms for accurate data.
• Draft templated consultant and construction contracts and manage pre-construction data across teams.
• Set up project management software per new project and prepare agendas/minutes.
