Amazon is seeking a Logistics Specialist L3 in Melbourne to manage the onsite parts room for AWS Data Centers. You will handle receiving, storing, and delivering computer hardware, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with Data Centre Operations and Engineering to ensure safety and availability.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping/receiving and logistics, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel between Melbourne sites; AWS 7S and process automation may be part of daily tasks.

Formación

• 2+ years of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience.
• 2+ years of logistics experience.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to Melbourne sites.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory levels to support build and repair activities.
• Receive and issue parts for internal customers.
• Load, unload and transport parts between sites.
• Maintain safety, organization, and cleanliness of all workspaces using 7S principles.
• Standardise operations and create SOPs to ensure consistency across sites.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting for visibility into logistics performance.
