• Embed a safety-first culture, championing zero harm throughout design, construction and operations.
• Establish and implement governance frameworks and oversee compliance.
• Lead project budgets and financial reporting for alignment to business objectives.
• Direct the overall development programme and monitor progress.
• Oversee design finalisation and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
• Act as key interface for customer and internal stakeholders providing clear reporting.
