Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager in Toowoomba to lead data strategy, shape business intelligence solutions and empower decision-makers across a large, diverse health network. You’ll lead a skilled team, collaborate with clinicians and executives, and drive modern data practices to improve services and community health outcomes across the region.

With a focus on governance, data quality and stakeholder engagement, you’ll turn complex information into trusted insights

  • Strong expertise in data modelling and governance across multi-system environments.

  • Strong expertise in data modelling, governance and working across complex multi-system environments.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage priorities and deliver outcomes through teams and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative and customer-focused approach, with highly developed communication and relationship-building skills.

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have experience with advanced analytics, business intelligence platforms, ETL processes, SQL or Python, and/or tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
