Job summary

INGRITY is seeking a Data Analyst to translate business requirements into analytical solutions, leveraging SQL and Power BI to deliver dashboards and insights for stakeholders in a hybrid Sydney-based role.

You will work with data from modern cloud platforms, perform forecasting, improve data quality, and collaborate with Data Engineering to enhance analytical capabilities. This contract engagement offers exposure to impactful analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years' experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on Power BI experience.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Analyse complex datasets using SQL to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights.
• Design, develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Transform raw data into structured, reliable datasets to support business decisions.

• Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and wider technology teams to improve data accessibility and analytical capabilities.

You'll be responsible for analysing complex datasets, developing reporting solutions and identifying trends and opportunities that improve business performance. • Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling and structured datasets.
• Experience working with modern cloud data platforms, ideally Snowflake.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exposure to statistical analysis and forecasting.
• Experience identifying data quality issues and improving data accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
• Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
