AIIM Choices Pty Ltd in Wodonga, Victoria, is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex data into meaningful insights. This hands-on role combines data analysis, Power BI reporting, system integration and workflow automation to support our NDIS Plan Management operations.

You will work closely with management and operational teams to improve data quality, strengthen reporting and develop solutions that enable informed decision-making across services.

Are you an analytical and solutions-focused Data Analyst who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights and practical business solutions?

AIIM Choices Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Wodonga. This is a hands-on role combining data analysis, Power BI reporting, system integration and workflow automation.

You will work closely with management and operational teams to improve data quality, strengthen reporting and develop solutions that support informed decision-making across our NDIS Plan Management operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Gather, clean, validate, analyse and interpret operational, financial, participant and service data
• Transform complex information into reliable datasets, reports, graphs, charts and interactive dashboards
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, data models, measures and DAX logic
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, exceptions and opportunities for improvement.
• Undertake data mining, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and quality assurance
• Develop and maintain Python and Power Automate integrations with Caresquare APIs
• Transform API JSON responses into structured datasets for analysis, reporting and automation.
• Develop automated data processing and analytical workflows to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency and operational performance
• Investigate data inconsistencies, reporting anomalies and data quality issues, and recommend corrective actions
• Translate operational requirements into practical technical and reporting solutions
• Analyse and validate data from Caresquare and connected business systems to improve data reliability and analytical reporting
• Analyse HubSpot CRM data to monitor referral sources, lead generation, contact engagement and conversion rates, providing insights into marketing performance
• Develop reports and analyse referral and conversion trends across different online and offline acquisition channels
• Maintain clear technical documentation, data definitions, validation rules and process controls.

About You

You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights.

You will also have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in data analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, information technology, computer science, business analytics or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, cleansing, validation, modelling, reporting and visualisation
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards, data models and DAX measures
• Experience using Python, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience integrating business systems and APIs
• The ability to transform JSON or similar data into reliable reporting datasets
• A disciplined approach to testing, validation, reconciliation, documentation and version control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An understanding of privacy, confidentiality, data governance and secure information handling.
• Experience with Caresquare, HubSpot, Monday.com or NDIS Plan Management data systems will be highly regarded.
