Job summary

ASI Solutions is seeking a Data & AI Consultant to deliver analytics solutions across Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for education, government, and commercial sectors. You will design, build and support end-to-end analytics pipelines, reports, and AI-enabled features with a focus on adoption and business value.

You will engage with stakeholders, translate requirements into data models, and mentor junior team members while contributing reusable assets to the Data & AI practice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BI and data solution delivery on the Microsoft stack, with consulting or client-facing experience.
• Strong Power BI skills: dimensional modelling, DAX, Power Query, design and performance.
• Practical Fabric experience: Lakehouse/Warehouse, Data Factory pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse/Warehouse).
• Build and tune Power BI models and reports with performance in mind.
• Run workshops, map KPIs, and translate questions into data models and plans.
• Deliver automation via Power Apps/Power Automate as relevant.
• Ensure governance, security, and data quality across workspaces and data products.
• Create documentation, enablement materials, and support pre-sales activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute reusable assets.
• Own delivery quality, manage scope and timelines.
