Job summary

Endfire Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fire protection projects across the Northern Territory from award to completion. This site-based role emphasises ownership of programme, cost, procurement and subcontractor management while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

You will work closely with Darwin project and construction teams to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery, with accountability for project performance and commercial

Qualifications

Diploma in Project Management or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
Fire protection experience highly regarded.
Site-based project delivery experience.
Must have valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

Managing project delivery, including budgets, timelines and resourcing.
Coordinating subcontractors and site activities.
Procurement and management of materials and equipment.
Liaising with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
Monitoring project performance and reporting on progress.
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and project requirements.
Contributing to project planning and delivery from start to finish.
Monitoring project risks and commercial performance.
Resolving project and site issues to keep delivery on track.
