Job summary

DCOH is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer-level leader to drive financial strategy, governance and performance for a multi-entity construction and development group. You will report to the CFO, lead a finance team, and partner with executives to strengthen controls and enable strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience across accounting and finance functions, including senior leadership responsibilities.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge including AASB, IFRS, taxation and statutory reporting.
• Experience managing audits, governance frameworks and financial control environments.
• Experience leading banking, cashflow management and financial risk activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead group month-end and year-end close, deliver consolidated reporting and statutory financial statements.
• Oversee statutory compliance, taxation, audits and regulatory reporting.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, revenue recognition and cost accounting.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, policies and procedures across the Group.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and integrity of financial records.
