Job summary

Beca is seeking an experienced Dams Lead to drive growth, technical excellence and delivery of dam infrastructure across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. You will lead projects from planning through construction, collaborate with regulators and clients, and mentor junior engineers.

Ideal candidates are Chartered or working towards chartership, with a strong track record in water resources and dam projects, plus excellent communication and leadership skills within a consulting environment.

Qualifications

Chartered engineer or working towards chartered status in civil/environmental engineering.
Strong track record delivering water resources and dams projects in a consulting context.
Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and clients/regulators.

Responsibilities

Drive business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
Deliver water resources and dam safety projects across Australia, NZ and the Pacific.
Provide technical leadership across planning, design, construction and risk assessment.
Mentor junior engineers and grow client relationships.
