Job summary

Granite Group is seeking an experienced D365 F&O Solution Architect for a 6-month contract in Melbourne. You will design and deliver Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions aligned with business goals and technology roadmaps, providing architectural leadership across business, application, information, and technology domains.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Proven ownership of solution architecture, design decisions and implementation outcomes.
• Strong understanding of architecture across business, application, information and technology domains.
• Experience evaluating and selecting technology solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to facilitate workshops across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements and constraints.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions considering cost of ownership, scalability, security, and long-term value.
• Develop and document architectures across business, application, information and technology domains.
• Facilitate workshops and design discussions to align stakeholders on preferred approaches.
• Ensure development aligns with approved designs, standards and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to project teams.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture frameworks, standards and roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and operational efficiency.
• Address operational requirements including maintainability, monitoring and high availability.
