Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of ERP consulting experience. The role leads finance workstreams, performs business process analysis, and configures D365 Finance modules while coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams across multi-country deployments.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, hands-on D365 F&O implementation experience, and proficiency in P2P, O2C, R2R, and fixed asset processes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of ERP consulting experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on D365 F&O Finance experience.
• At least 3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Experience in global rollout, support, or transformation programs preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with P2P, O2C, R2R, and Fixed Asset lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams, conduct business process analysis, and configure D365 F&O Finance modules.
• Drive solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams across global deployments.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage workshops with clients.
