The role involves creating Power Automate flows and Power Apps, collaborating with analysts and architects, and ensuring deployments follow best practices for CRM security and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure services and .NET technologies.
• Develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, actions, and business process flows.
• Create and customize forms, entities, views, dashboards and security roles.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, Web APIs and Azure services.
• Develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions.
• Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and API Management.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
