Job summary

Specialized Bicycles seeks a Cyber Security Analyst to monitor alerts across endpoint, identity, email, network, cloud, and data-protection tooling. You will triage investigations, validate findings, and coordinate remediation with Global Technology and business teams to reduce risk.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cybersecurity, with cloud experience (AWS, Azure, OCI), and strong communication skills to translate risk into actionable steps and maintain clear runbooks and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, security analysis, incident response, vulnerability management, IT operations, or a related role.
• Knowledge of cloud computing environments, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and OCI.
• Experience reviewing alerts, logs, findings, or security-tool output and turning results into documented actions.
• Ability to investigate ambiguous issues, connect evidence from multiple sources, and make risk-based escalation decisions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional security projects and drive work through completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Practical, service-oriented mindset and collaboration with teammates to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events across endpoint, identity, email, network, cloud, application, and data-protection tooling.
• Triage and investigate suspicious activity, validate findings, gather evidence, document conclusions, and escalate by risk.
• Partner with Global Technology and business teammates to review findings and track remediation to closure.
• Lead security-related projects to strengthen proactive security, improve baselines, and support system hardening.
• Review vulnerability and security findings; validate severity, ownership, remediation status, and resolution evidence.
• Support cybersecurity incident response: scope, timelines, containment, and post-incident follow-up.
• Operate and improve security tools by auditing coverage, tuning alerts, and improving workflows.
• Respond to security intake from teammates and questions about best practices.
• Create runbooks, investigation notes, dashboards, metrics, and recurring risk reports.
• Contribute to control reviews, audits, and security awareness activities.
