Job summary

CyberCX, An Accenture Company, is seeking a Strategy & Consulting Manager in Melbourne to lead project teams and act as a trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders. You will guide engagements through planning, delivery, and closure, while building client trust and delivering high-value strategies.

The role requires deep cyber security knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams within a global consulting or large tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a global consulting firm or large technology company in cyber security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present to senior executives.
• Experience delivering client strategies and recommendations.
• Capable of managing project plans, budgets, and invoicing.
• Mentor and coach consultants/associates.

About the Role:

The Strategy & Consulting Manager is responsible for leading project teams of Strategy & Consulting specialists and acting as a trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia's largest organisations.

This is achieved by providing direction and support to consultants as part of engagement teams, and through building client trust by communicating with influence, demonstrating excellence in planning and execution, and contributing deep cyber security knowledge.

The Strategy & Consulting Manager actively contributes throughout the client engagement life cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities, to delivery and closure, in addition to ongoing management of client relationships.

Key Skills:

• Previous Consulting or Professional Services experience with a track record of successfully working in teams to deliver projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to critically present information in a structured way.
• Ability to deliver advice, strategies, and recommendations to clients with a client-focused mindset, including engaging effectively with senior executive levels and people from diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Ability to manage project plans, budgets and invoicing.
• Experience in managing and mentoring team of consultants/associates.
• 5 years’ experience working for a global consulting firm or large technology company in cyber security, ideally with experience across privacy or data management orstrategic risk.
