Job summary

Netcraft is looking for a Cybercrime Analyst to join our Technical Operations team. You will contribute to incident response, identify threats, and help protect governments, banks, and consumers from online attacks. Trainable for candidates with limited cybersecurity experience.

Two afternoon/evening shifts are available, with weekend coverage. After training, two in-office days per week are required, with hybrid working options and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong written English.
• Interest in cybercrime prevention and the internet.
• Willingness to learn and grow in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Cybercrime incident response: communicate threat analyses to mitigate attacks.
• Classify malicious websites, profiles, apps, emails, and phone numbers.
• Provide clear feedback to customers on incidents and classifications.
• Suggest improvements to processes and workflows.
