Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Cyber Instructor to design, develop, and deliver highly technical advanced training for defense operations. The role requires engaging teaching skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment, with on-site customer work and travel up to 25% (CONUS/OCONUS).

The candidate should have a background in joint service defensive operations and cyber operations/analysis, plus experience with training content development and collaboration with SMEs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 4 years with Master's; or 10 years with HS diploma.
• Experience delivering technical training in classrooms or small groups.
• Experience in cyber operations and analysis.
• Experience in training curriculum development.
• Experience with IDS/IPS/SIEM tools.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and define learning requirements for complex technical concepts and scenarios.
• Develop engaging training materials (web-based, videos, slides, guides, labs, use cases).
• Deliver advanced trainings in cyber hunt, log analysis, intrusion investigation, and platform architecture.
• Revise course materials to stay current with development processes.
• Build relationships with SMEs and industry professionals to stay updated on trends.
