Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a security professional to design, implement, and manage security across on‑premises and Azure. The role focuses on enforcing policies, monitoring incidents and threats, and maintaining SIEM platforms.

You will also conduct risk assessments and manage IAM controls to ensure compliance with DSPF/ISM/ISO 27001/NIST. Join CAE to help embed security into operations, collaborate with IT/DevOps, and stay ahead of emerging threats in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions across on-prem and Azure environments.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and frameworks as per regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Manage identity and access controls (Azure AD, RBAC, MFA).
• Implement and maintain SIEM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk).
• Ensure compliance with standards & frameworks such as DSPF, ISM, ISO 27001 and NIST.

• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and best practices
• Perform regular security audits
• Identify cyber security risks and implement security controls.
• Vulnerability Management and Threat Detection
• Develop and maintain Cyber Security Assessment and Authorisation (Accreditation) documentation suite.
• Assess security control effectiveness.
