Job summary

SKNG Services in Canberra is seeking an experienced cyber security GRC professional to support government contracts. You will contribute to security risk assessments, policy alignment and governance activities.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, developing GRC documents, and coordinating IRAP and security testing processes. A minimum of five years in related roles is expected, with strong knowledge of the ISM, PSPF and Essential Eight.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Information Security Manual, Protective Security Policy Framework and Essential Eight.
• Demonstrated experience in a cyber security GRC role.
• Experience managing stakeholder or client interactions to achieve outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in developing GRC documentation.
• Minimum 5 years experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to solution design for security considerations;
• Review and provide recommendations to develop security requirements;
• Develop communications and documentation for senior executive decision making;
• Support the coordination of security assurance processes including IRAP and penetration testing;
• Lead the development of formal security documentation.
