AC3 is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to join our Professional Services team in Sydney, Australia. You will work within the CSOC to manage daily security operations, deploy tools, and collaborate with SOC analysts to protect customer environments.
You will engage in presales, design, build, and run/optimise security services, leveraging Sentinel, Defender, and Azure to secure multi-cloud environments. Hybrid work and strong culture are emphasized.

As a Cyber Security Engineer, the role will be responsible for day-to-day engineering operations within the CSOC and report to the Cyber Security Engineering Lead.
Demonstrated understanding of IT Security and the technologies and components that underpin a modern SOC and ICT environment. You will work closely with other internal teams and alongside your SOC colleagues, provide an effective line of defence against existing and evolving threats using a vast range of leading security technologies like Sentinel, Defender & Azure.
You will contribute to SOC post-sales activities, be heavily involved in security tool deployments and work with customers and internal SOC analysts to ensure our managed service offerings continue to lead the market and protect our customers.
