Qualificações

• Experience delivering cyber security initiatives in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong business analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping, impact assessment, solution design.
• Experience across cyber security domains (IDAM, PAM, MFA, etc.).
• Hands-on understanding of cyber security technologies, infrastructure and networking concepts (firewalls, identity, cloud).
• Ability to balance security outcomes with delivery timelines and business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business analysis across cyber security projects from discovery to handover.
• Gather and document business, functional, non-functional and security requirements.
• Translate cyber risks and regulatory obligations into practical delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, current-state assessments, gap analyses and solution design.
• Define and maintain requirements traceability, acceptance criteria, risks and decisions.
• Partner with technical teams to review designs and validate controls.
• Ensure cyber security requirements are embedded in procurement and project delivery.
• Support security assurance activities, including testing and remediation.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation and governance evidence.
• Build relationships across business, technology and cyber security teams to drive delivery outcomes.
