Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Cyber Risk Analyst to join our Cyber Security and IT Risk team in Sydney. In this 6-month fixed-term role, you will conduct risk assessments, support governance and compliance initiatives, and help strengthen the organisation’s security posture across people, processes and technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in cyber security, risk management, governance or compliance-related roles.
• Knowledge of cyber security principles and risk assessment methodologies.
• Understanding of Australian regulatory and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cyber security, operational and compliance risk assessments to identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Support risk audit activities and risk mitigation, and monitor compliance with security policies.
• Assist with threat modelling and risk mitigation activities to produce high-quality reports.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, IT Architecture and business stakeholders to strengthen governance outcomes.

Education

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology / Cyber Security / Risk Management

CRISC / CISM / ISO 27001 certifications desirable
