Job summary

South East Water Corporation is seeking an experienced Cyber Delivery Specialist (IDAM) to design and implement identity, authentication, and privileged access controls. You will translate security requirements into practical identity solutions and engage stakeholders to deliver IDAM outcomes in a large environment.

Responsibilities include governance, RBAC, JML processes, and integrating with Entra ID, AD, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise IDAM, IGA or PAM initiatives.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, hybrid identity environments.
• Experience implementing MFA, conditional access, SSO and governance controls.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM and LDAP.
• Familiar with CyberArk, SailPoint or Saviynt platforms.

The role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Delivery Specialist (Identity and Access Management - IDAM) to play a key role in designing, implementing and continuously improving identity, authentication and privileged access controls that protect our people, systems and customers.

You'll be responsible for translating cyber security requirements, regulatory obligations and business needs into practical and sustainable identity solutions.

You will provide expertise across:

• Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes
• Identity lifecycle management
• Access reviews, certifications and governance
• Identity integrations and migrations

Who are you?

You are a practical identity and access management specialist who enjoys solving complex security and technology challenges. You can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a track record of delivering successful IDAM outcomes in large or regulated environments.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise IDAM, IGA or PAM initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience implementing MFA, conditional access, SSO and identity governance controls.
• Knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM and LDAP.
• Experience with enterprise IDAM, IGA or PAM platforms such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt or similar.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience analysing business processes and defining access and role models for technology implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to cyber security frameworks and standards such as Essential Eight, ISO 27001, NIST and Zero Trust principles.
