Job summary

Bupa in Perth CBD is seeking a customer-facing Sales Consultant to help customers find health solutions and support membership growth.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 69,869 AUD plus super and bonuses, working 38 hours weekly (Mon–Fri with rotating Saturdays). Sales experience and a valid driver's license are essential requirements.

Based in our Perth CBD Store and working towards customer growth activities you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on the customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits of these productsfor easy decision making
• Working within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products and the acquisition of new members

Taking a ‘customer first’ approach, you will also

• Assist our existing Bupa members in their day-to-day transactions
• Ensure the customers understand the full value of their health insurance product
• Provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs
• Educate members on all the benefits they can access
