To support our ongoing growth, we’re looking for a Customer Care Manager to guide customers throughout their lifecycle—from onboarding to continued adoption, expansion, and renewal. In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Support, and Services to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and successful experience with Odoo.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of roughly 1,000 mass‑market customers, using a blend of automated (low‑touch) and personalised (high‑touch) interactions tailored to their needs
  • Lead a smooth onboarding experience for new customers by equipping them with the right tools, resources, and guidance
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout their projects and ensuring their overall satisfaction
  • Partner with the Sales Team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for customer expansion
