We’ve got a great 6‑month secondment opportunity for an internal team member to step into a full‑time, hybrid Customer Solutions Project Manager role. You’ll help deliver smooth customer solutions, build strategic engagement, and support our business development team as they continue to grow.

To succeed, you’ll bring a solid understanding of the telco/ISP industry, proven project management expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Solid understanding of the telecommunications/ISP industry
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong project management skills (PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, MS Project)
  • Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and to KPIs
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
  • Ability to build effective relationships with teams and suppliers
  • Agility and collaboration in fast‑paced, dynamic environments
How will you support our “Why?”
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales on solution design and project scope
  • Manage commercial, technical, and contractual activities through post‑sales implementation
  • Lead project kick‑offs, prepare formal plans, and secure stakeholder agreement
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of customer solutions, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Provide seamless onboarding, regular status updates, and proactive issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records using project management tools
  • Work closely with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and support incoming BDMs
  • Oversee project team capacity, elevate resource needs, and contribute to training and development feedback
