When drivers are involved in a not-at-fault vehicle accident, our goal is simple: to deliver a smooth, hassle-free accident replacement vehicle service that gives customers confidence and peace of mind during a difficult time.

The Opportunity

This is a dynamic, customer-focused position offering variety and responsibility each day. As a Customer Service Executive, you will represent Redline Car Hire on the front line - preparing, delivering and collecting vehicles, guiding customers through required documentation and ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and professional from beginning to end. You will also play an important role in maintaining high vehicle presentation standards and upholding the level of service our customers expect.

About the role:

We are seeking a part-time team member to join our team.

Saturday & Sunday availability is essential. The position is for either 2 or 3 days per week (including weekends) depending on successful applicant's preference

We're looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic and committed to providing great customer service.

Delivering and collecting vehicles across Southeast Queensland in a safe and professional manner

Prepare vehicles for hire by completing detailed cleaning and presentation of both the interior and exterior to company standards.

Support new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they receive clear information, guidance, and a smooth start to their rental experience.
