Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a part-time Customer Service Team Member in Australia. You will greet and help customers, offer tools and advice, and ensure a positive store experience. The role requires flexibility across weekdays and weekends to meet customer needs.

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team with opportunities to learn and grow within the business. The pay rate starts at AU$28.64 per hour with age-appropriate considerations and benefits.

About the role:

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always ready to give it a red-hot go! They provide friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, ensuring every experience counts. When customers visit us, they are greeted by passionate team members eager to offer tools and advice to turn any D.I.Y. dream into a reality. Whether it's finding the right product or sharing expert tips, our team is here to help every step of the way.

This is apart-timerole, and flexibility to work a range of shifts across weekdays and weekends is required to ensure we can provide our customers with the best experience.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role.

You'll need:

A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm

To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers

An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store

The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
