Key Role Details
  • Hourly rate + Super + Incentives
  • Operational Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 – 19:00 AEST
  • Full‑time only
  • Location: Work from Home
Equipment & IT
  • Initial equipment collection required – must collect IT equipment from Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Parramatta, Perth.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload for home office.
  • Passionate about customer service.

  • Confident and capable in using computers and systems.
