A leading financial institution in Australia seeks a Business Banking Associate to provide exceptional support to business customers. This full-time role involves assisting with transactional enquiries and delivering solutions to ensure smooth operations. Strong customer service skills are essential, and no prior banking experience is necessary as full training is provided. After an initial six months in-office, you will transition to a balanced hybrid working model. As a Business Banking Associate, you’ll be part of a team that makes a real difference to business customers across the country.
You’ll join a supportive, customer-focused team and be the first point of contact for our business banking customers. Every interaction you handle helps keep Australian businesses moving.
No banking or finance experience required — we provide full training to set you up for success.
Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. To be there for them every step of the way we'll need you to commit to a rotating roster which operates between the hours of:
You will need to be available to work weekends on a regular basis (every 3–6 weeks).
Full‑time role (38 hours per week).
First 6 months in‑office to set you up for success, then enjoy a balanced 50% work‑from‑home / 50% in‑office model.
Please note : this role is not compatible with face‑to‑face university timetables.
