Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking an experienced administrative support professional to assist the commercial activity and patient customers, handling calls, contract management and interfaces with payors.

You will liaise with sales and technical staff, maintain product knowledge, and respond to inquiries, orders, and service needs, contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or a medical background is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in general office practice.
• Certification to become Polysomnographic Technician is a stated requirement.

Responsibilities

• Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls.
• Maintain detailed & current knowledge of company's products/services.
• Liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.
• Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints.
• Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.

Job description

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).
