Casual Role – Customer Support (Wollongong Metro Office)

You will play a critical role in supporting customers during challenging times as they lodge insurance claims. Working collaboratively with your Sedgwick colleagues, you’ll keep the customer and client at the centre of everything you do while achieving timely outcomes.
Operations run Monday to Sunday, offering flexible casual positions to suit your lifestyle.
Sedgwick supports a hybrid working model and initial training days will be paid and will be facilitated in our metro Wollongong office.
