A leading recruitment agency in South Australia is looking for a customer service representative to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for account customers, handling inquiries and maintaining data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and previous customer service experience. This full-time position offers a temporary contract with potential for extension.

You’ll be the first point of contact for account customers, assisting with enquiries, checking and, processing data accurately, and ensuring smooth service across a wide range of products. Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities will be essential to your success.
This role is offered with full time, office based hours with some potential for part time. Initially a 3 month temporary contract, there is potential for extension.
