Skout Office Supplies in Brisbane's Willawong hub is seeking two motivated Casual Team Members for a fast-paced environment. You will alternate between customer service and warehouse duties, with opportunities to grow as our team evolves.

One role focuses on customer care, handling inquiries, orders, and in-person support; the other on picking, packing, stock receiving, and dispatch, with occasional courier-like tasks for the right applicant. Flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, office administration, or warehouse/logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a positive, helpful attitude.
• High accuracy when processing orders, inputting data, and managing inventory.
• Confident using computers, the internet, and web-based applications.
• Physically capable of standing, moving, and regularly lifting boxes.
• Reliable, punctual, and happy to work in a collaborative small-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Processing customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and over-the-counter with professionalism and warmth.
• Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack, and label outgoing orders to ensure quality and timely dispatch.
• Inventory & Receiving: Receive, inspect, and shelve incoming stock while maintaining accurate system counts.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer queries, delivery updates, and return requests.
• Warehouse & Safety: Maintain a clean, organised workspace and promote a safe working environment.
• Catalogue Maintenance: Review and update online product listings.

About the role Skout Office Supplies is seeking two motivated Casual Team Members to join our fast-paced facility in Willawong, QLD.

In this dynamic dual-function environment, you will be the crucial link between our operations and our customers. We are currently filling two overlapping roles tailored to different strengths:

Customer Service Focus: Primary emphasis on client inquiries, order entry, and front-of-house support; also offering assistance in the warehouse.

Warehouse & Fulfilment Focus: Primary emphasis on picking, packing, stock receiving, and dispatch; also offering assistance in customer service. This role could also include some courier-like work collecting stock from suppliers and delivering orders to local clients for the right applicant.

Whether you thrive on phone and email interaction or love the hands-on pace of order fulfilment, these roles offer variety, flexibility, and room to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Care: Processing customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and over-the-counter with professionalism and warmth.
