A leading airline company is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent based in Canberra. You will deliver exceptional customer service at the airport, assist in boarding and disembarking flights, and manage customer inquiries. Ideal candidates will have recent hospitality or customer service experience and possess strong problem-solving skills. The position offers part-time hours on a rotational shift roster and comes with great employee benefits.

As a Customer Service Agent you’ll create a welcoming environment so customers start their journey with us in a way that’s positive. This includes meeting and greeting customers boarding and disembarking flights, assisting our special needs customers, marshalling in aircraft, problem solving caring for our unaccompanied minors and providing information for customers.
We’re looking for proven dedicated customer service professionals to be Customer Service Agents.
