What you will do

This is a fixed term contract, up to 15 months. You will integrate as a key member of our dynamic Customer Service Team, through developing strong customer relationships, you will ensure their needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.
As the face of Scania, you will:

  • Be first point of contact, welcoming our customers
  • Checking in their vehicles
  • Making service & repair bookings via email, in person, phone & by customer portal using the latest Scania software
  • Invoicing of completed work orders
  • Return keys to customer
  • Planner experience required but not essential (training is provided)
  • Accuracy with data entry

  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good computer skills
  • Effective problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
  • Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
